Rachel E. Kopp focuses her practice in antitrust, consumer practices and securities litigation. She is involved in a number of major cases, including In Re: American Express Anti-Steering Rules Antitrust Litigation, MDL 2221 (E.D.N.Y.) and In Re Municipal Derivatives Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 1950 (S.D.N.Y.). She has also been heavily involved in In re Parmalat Securities Litigation, No. 04 Civ. 0030 (LAK) (S.D.N.Y.); In Re Converium Holding AG Securities Litigation, No. 04 Civ. 7897 (DLC) (S.D.N.Y.); Welmon v. Chicago Bridge & Iron Co. N.V., No. 06 Civ. 01283 (JES) (S.D.N.Y.); and In re Pharmaceutical Industry Average Wholesale Price Litigation, MDL No. 1456 (D. Mass.). Ms. Kopp was named one of Pennsylvania's Rising Stars for 2011.

Ms. Kopp earned her law degree from Villanova University Law School in 2003, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 2000.

During law school, Ms. Kopp served as a legal intern with the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.; VH1 Save The Music; the mediation program of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and Philadelphia and New York Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. She also served as president of Villanova Law School's Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and received a Public Interest Fellowship in 2002.

She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Kopp is actively involved in the American and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Most recently, Ms. Kopp was appointed the Administrative Director of the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division for the 2011-2012 bar year. She is also the Vice-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association YLD and is finishing her third year on the YLD's Executive Committee, where she co-chairs the YLD's Legal Education and Law School Outreach Committee. In these roles, Ms. Kopp frequently speaks on issues affecting young lawyers.
