John Macoretta represents individuals, businesses and health plans in a wide variety of litigation matters, including consumer fraud, RICO and antitrust matters. He also represents investors in stock-broker arbitration and class-action securities fraud litigation.

He is involved in a number of significant cases, including In re Pharmaceutical Industry Average Wholesale Price Litigation, MDL No. 1456 (D. Mass.); New England Carpenters Health and Welfare Fund, et al v. First DataBank and McKesson, 05 CV 11148 (D. Mass.); In Re: OnStar Contract Litigation, No. 07-1867 (E.D. Mich); Masters v. Wilhelmina Model Agency, Inc., No. 02 CV 4911 (S.D.N.Y.); and In re Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) Antitrust Litigation, C.A. No. M-02-1486 PJH (N.D. Cal.).

Mr. Macoretta graduated with honors from the University of Texas Law School in 1990 and received his undergraduate degree cum laude from LaSalle University in 1986. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey; the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In addition to being a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Mr. Macoretta also serves as an arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
