Mr. Mirarchi concentrates his practice in nationwide class action litigation, specifically securities and shareholder derivative litigation such as In re Abbott-Depakote Shareholder Derivative Litigation; Avalon Holdings, Inc., et al. v. BP, plc, et al.; Houston Municipal Employees Pension System, et ano. v. BP, plc, et al.; In re Atheros Communications, Inc. Shareholder Litigation; Utah Retirement Systems v. Strauss, et al.; In re Parmalat Securities Litigation; and In re SCOR Holding (Switzerland) AG Litigation. He has also represented shareholders in matters relating to a stockholder’s right to inspect the books and records of a corporation such as Eagle v. Community Health Systems, Inc. and Stein, et al. v. The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc.
Mr. Mirarchi earned his B.A. from Temple University in 1995 and his law degree from the St. John’s University School of Law in 1999. He is currently admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Mirarchi is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
